This past Wednesday I spent the day in NYC as many of you know from all my tweets. I was invited to style up some looks from Converse’s Spring 2011 Line for Target. The line was filled with budget friendly picks all under $55 bucks so it was fun to see what combinations would work with my own style. We chatted over tea, coffee, and little breakfast treats and started picking out what pieces we wanted to throw together. Let me just say, putting pants on a mannequin is a pretty funny sight, I was laughing and having so much fun!

I went neutral and casual and fell in love with the trenches and button downs. They were great basic pieces I could see myself folding into my wardrobe. I also LOVED this tiered chain necklace. It was a great time and I thank Converse and Target for having me come play dress up.

Stay tuned for a full outfit post from my shopping trip to Soho with Christine and Keiko. Happy Weekend!

The Bohemienne - I really like the converse line at Target; both DH and I have found some cute pieces from the line since it debuted. The originality and trendiness is great for the price point.
