Happy Halloween, from the Tenenbaums

Above are some homemade decorations Brian + I made for the party

Happy Halloween from Margot + Richie Tenenbaum! This past weekend Brian and I had a party to celebrate my birthday and Halloween. It’s probably the first year I have combined the two and it made for some seriously good times with good people. The Royal Tenenbaum’s is definetely one of my favorite movies so we thought we would recreate it. My whole costume was under 40 bucks. I found this coat for $20 at Buffalo Exchange and it pretty much made the costume. I also found this top on sale (3 bucks!) at Old Navy and had it altered to become a dress. A couple finishing touches and I was good to go (including some eye makeup done by Keiko! Thanks love!) Brian’s costume came together quickly and he even grew out a beard for the part. Now THAT is devotion to a character. Lol. I was so happy to have so many of my friends come to my party and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making it so special!!! Enjoy some of my instagrams from the party. If you aren’t already part of instagram, you can check out my profile and follow me HERE. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!

*Please note, the cigarettes in these photos are FAKE and I am by no means condoning smoking.
They are just props in our costumes.*
