[jacket: zara (similar) / top: c/o cynthia vincent / pants: zara (similar) / shoes: zara (similar)]

I am excited to have internet access this am with the impending Hurricane Sandy at my NYC doorstep. So I will take the opportunity to share with you while I can! Last week I had the opportunity to head home to see my parents in Pennsylvania. I hosted a fun event with Longchamp at their new store in King Of Prussia and was able to bring my mom along for the fun! It was a night filled with beautiful bags and tasty treats. We sipped on champagne while listening to live jazz in the store. All in all it was a great night. The best part was that a portion of the proceeds from the event went to the Center for the Advancement of Girls organization. A night of giving and sharing is always the best. It was a pleasure to share the evening with everyone who came.

Hope everyone is staying safe on the East Coast!

The lovely fabric finishes look so perfect together, Kim! The jacket looks so soft and is a great cut, plus I love the print of the trousers with that peachy orange colour. De-LICIOUS.

Stay safe over the next couple of days – us Brits are thinking of you east coasters!!!

Like most of the other comments I too love the pants! I don’t think I would have thought to do an orange shirt with them but I love the combination. I need to work on being more comfortable with things not matching perfectly.

YES! Sometimes you just need to try it to see if it works. Sometimes you make a mistake, but oh well. That is what’s fun about mixing and matching and playing around with clothes :)) xo, Kim
