Never have I loved ruffles more than when I spotted this dress. Such a great structure to it and a absolutely wardrobe statement piece. I don’t usually go all out and buy an expensive piece that doesn’t have a lot of versatility, but, this dress… SWOON. I chalked it up to an wedding expense. Let’s be honest though… I can justify a lot of shopping expenses 😉 Sometimes, you just have to splurge.
