Payless Style Remix / Day 2 with Patricia Field

So let’s talk about Pat Field. And me. In the same room. Laughing. OH MY FREAKING GOD. It was a truly special day being able to share words with this idol of mine. The spice behind the styling of Sex And The City, Devil Wears Prada and SO many more things joined us for an afternoon of styling! I mean, so surreal. The fact that she embraces the blogging community just warmed my heart even more.

Pat sat and told us a little bit about her own style journeys before we began our style remix. Her energy was undeniable and one fo the things that stuck with me most, was the fact that she encourages people to find and embrace their own style. Not everything is for everyone, and above all, she follows one of my most favorite mantras, feel good and look good!

Pat was like a bundle of energy! // Below were some sparkly clutches at our disposal to style up!

Each girl brought in 5 pieces to swap. So it was a race to find what we liked!

IN LOVE with this bow headband. I don’t normally wear them but this one was TOO CUTE.

My final styled look was a plaid skirt from Keiko and a red skirt swapped with Helena.
I found myself in a predicament because I loved both so much. Pat suggested the red skirt as a top.

We were also asked to each create a look using this little black dress with accessories. So I wrapped this purple scarf around the sleeve to create a big “Carrie” flower as an easy + fun way to spice it up.

A day that will always be so special to me!! Pat is such an icon and advocate for style as well as people. A HUGE thank you to the Payless Team as wells as the PR team for having me out in NYC for this magical experience.
