Fall is by far my favorite time of year in the City. The leaves are changing and its the perfect time to break out those sweaters and stip on hot chocolates. Basically its my little version of heaven. What is also great about this time of year is it’s perfect for hair! No more humidity to play tricks with my hair.
As I spoke about before here, I am collaborating with Paul Mitchell to try out some of their newest curl products and share them with you. This particular day I tried out the Spring Loaded Detangling Shampoo as well as the Ultimate Wave. Now let me preface this by saying I am a total product junkie. I have piles of mousse, gels, and anything else you could imagine under my sink. I love experimenting with different products to see what I can come up with. So for my look today, I used the shampoo per usual in the shower. After towel drying my hair, I put about a quarter sized worth of the Ultimate Wave gel in my palm and run it through my hair from roots to tips. Now this stuff is SUPER sticky which is how it gets such great texture. Then, all I do is simply scrunch my hair while I dry it to get my tousled rock n roll waves. Really a little bit goes a long way. If you want to try out any of these new products, just head HERE to find a salon near you that sells them. (Seriously you must try this Ultimate Wave cream!!) I leave you now as I finish packing my suitcase for a quick little trip to Amsterdam. Can’t wait to share my trip with you! Follow along on twitter + instagram.
