Sometimes the best mid day treats happen at home. I wanted to share one of my go-to afternoon snacks: avocado toast. Really there isn’t a real recipe to this you just need 3 simple things. Avocado, red pepper flakes, and a touch of olive oil. I mashed up my ripe avocados and added a little salt and pepper which are not pictured. Then I spread my mash over a piece of toast and top with red pepper flakes and a touch of olive oil. It’s such an easy thing to make if you have some extra avocados laying around. You know I pair it up with a little espresso too. Just wanted to share a little peek into my afternoon.

    1) I actually eat healthy but amazing snacks
    2) My friends who live off not-so-healthy snacks aren’t around to tempt me with their food ha!
