Weekend with Morgan / Part 1

There is always a goofy Kim photo. HA! Im surprised I didn’t fall over.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of having my good friend Morgan come and stay with me for the weekend. This has been long over due! She came up on Friday night and we went to a late night dinner at an Italian byob with the lovely Lisa of TreeAndKimball. We enjoyed some red wine and gabbed over pasta and then went back to her house and drooled over her delightful lace designs and played with her puppy. (I am a sucker for animals!) I LOVE meeting new people and she was such a doll! Nice to meet you Lisa.

Saturday was super casual with breakfast at the apartment before we headed out. I wanted to do a Morgan inspired outfit so that was easy when I borrowed her socks! Lol. I recently got these new boots and knew they reminded me of a pair that Morgan had. To add a little bit of me, I threw on this blouse I nabbed on sale at target to give some contrast to the rest of the look. The colors are so winter to me.

We started off at La Colombe coffee shop. It’s always bustling in there and packed to the gills. We warmed up and then headed to Rittenhouse Square to sit and chat and then take some outfit shots. Brian is always such a good sport and was happy to snap away for us. Of course I took Morgan into the beautiful Anthropologie building on Rittenhouse Square. She drooled a little bit. Who am I kidding. So did I. I wish my apt could smell like that store.

After the park we headed back to my place for some home cookin and relaxation before the evenings festivities. Stay tuned for more posts from my weekend with my little lovely Morgan.
