So every girl needs a good pair of pants right? I am always on the hunt for a good fitting trouser because its something I wear a lot from day to night. When LOFT approached me to be part of their “LOVE YOUR PANTS” campaign I was pumped to see what they had come up with. What really blew me away was that they spent 2 year developing and designing the perfect pant all based on customer feed back. The biggest and most important feedback? No matter who the woman was, she wanted to look long and lean and have her butt looking cute too 😉 Ah the simple wishes in life. Now with all these choices ahead of me I was ready to find “MY” pair. I found that I was a “Marissa” fit and I was immediately drawn to the plaid. I am all about pattern especially when it comes to my pants. I styled them in 2 ways. For my day time look, it was all about the pattern play mixing plaid + stripes together for something laid back but punchy. For night, I went for a sleek suited look with a crisp white blouse underneath. Ready for a business meeting or date night with my boo. I have to thank LOFT for sharing their new collection with me!
If you are thinking about picking up your own pair of pants, wait until 9/7 because for every pair of pants sold on that day, LOFT will be donating a peice of clothing to Fashion Delivers, an organization that helps women in need.

closetremixapp - Pants are a bit tricky. Not sure if you agree with this, but more often than not wearing pants makes you feel all ‘dressed up’ even when you’re going for a more laid back look. Just as you show it, shoes seem to make a huge difference (as always!). I guess then it’s a good idea when buying pants to think about how they would look with both elegant and casual shoes.
BTW, how low (on the waist) you think pants can go before they start looking as if you borrowed them from someone else?
Cheers,
Jaime
