Desert X

Throwing it back to Coachella weekend and our time in Palm Springs. I spent the day shooting and exploring Palm Springs with Felicia and she made sure that we checked out one of the Desert X art installations. We checked out The Circle of Land and Sky by artist Phillip K Smith III. The reflections of light and image on this sculptural installation were incredibly beautiful. Glad we took the time to come and check it out. I miss this hot weather (and my spray tan!). It’s actually been on the cooler side in my neck of the woods but I hear a little heat wave is headed our way. I will take any excuse for being out in the sun (wearing SPF of course). For now, I will dream in these photos and plan our next trip to Palm Springs.
