My first outfit at New York Fashion week was one of my favorites. A month or so back I did a little online shopping at ASOS and picked up this AMAZING faux fur coat. It looks even better in person than I could have hoped for. I don’t own any light colored coats like this one so it was a fun change from the norm. The other show stopper I bought was this dress with a floating collar. I mean, I have never seen anything like this! Despite the coat shedding a little bit onto my black dress, it was the perfect combo. Luckily I was prepared with a lint roller in my purse to stay looking my best and fuzz free. Stay tuned this afternoon for some recaps on the shows I have been attending!

Below is a photo of Chantal and I! I was SO SO excited to finally meet my Dutch blogger friend.
With our milky skin, we are like sisters from another mother. Lol. Love this girl.

Josie - So, I LOVE this coat and dress! so cute!
I have to say though, I adore your blog and you are SO gorgeous when you do a more “au natural” look with your makeup…. Not trying to be mean, but the dramatic makeup mixed with the coat made me instantly think “cruella de vil”.
You’re so lovely without all that, show it off girl!ReplyCancel

eat.sleep.wear. - Def personal preference for sure. But I appreciate your suggestion! Sometimes when I want to feel glam, its lipstick and a cat eye for me. I’ll have to try a more fresh faced look for you soon though 😉 Because I definitely rock that a lot too. xo, KimReplyCancel
