For those of you that don’t know, I had the pleasure of being part of the Polyvore Live Runway Show!! I still can’t believe it when I look back at these photos. IN SHOCK. Polyvore put on its very first runway show showcasing four FIT alumni, Lauren Bagliore, Vengsarkar Budhu, Sergio Guadarrama and Dana-Maxx Pomerantz. The best part of the show? An ALL BLOGGER CATWALK! I was so honored to have been asked to walk. I have such a passion for art education and being able to support alumni as well as my peers made it all worth it.

The photos above (besides the last 2 + photo 13 from Jenni) are all photos I took behind the scenes the day of the show! I was a bucket of nerves and excitement as we got pampered and ready for the show. Covergirl was there to do our makeup and Sarah Potempa and her team were there to beautify our hair. I wore 2 different looks for the actual show. My first was Lauren Bagliore, which was a one shouldered draped dream. The kind of fabric that just falls the right way. My second look was Dana-Maxx and was perfectly contoured to my body with a fun blocking of cream and black with a floating collar. I adored both designers so much and was so proud to strut my stuff in their pieces. Being surrounded by so many of my blogger friends made the day perfect. Thank you again to Polyvore for inviting me to take part in such a special day!

I am at 7:45 + 16:45 in the video.

Below is a behind the scenes video of the Polyvore Live experience!

Ashley - I love that you were in this show, and I think it’s so great that all the models were bloggers! Also love that you wore Lauren Bagliore! Love her so much. She is the sweetest person. I took some behind the scenes photos of her studio a while back (which I need to get around to posting) and helped out with one of her shows in Calgary.
