Curly hair has always been a big part of my daily routine. I feel like when I was younger, I fought my curls and would straighten them every day. No one was able to show me the right way to style my waves. It wasn’t until I started playing around with my mom’s hair gels that I really started to embrace my natural waves.

When Paul Mitchell approached me about being involved in a campaign called The Truth About Curls, I was beyond excited to get involved! I have always used their hair gels + mousse growing up and was excited to get the chance to play around with their new curl products. Embracing my rocker waves is something I do everyday. How do you embrace your curls? Head over HERE for more curly inspiration and share your own #CurlConfession !

krissy - but it looks like you use a flat iron to get curl – confused! is this a product to give curls to straight hair or to help curly hair out? i don’t get it. it’d be more clear if it was on troprouge or someone with hair like that than on you and mystylepill!ReplyCancel

eat.sleep.wear. - Everyones curls are different and I definitely have a looser curl than someone like Troprouge. I have always had wave to my hair and these products are meant to help encourage those curls! Excited to try them out and report back 😉 xo, KimReplyCancel
