Engagement Session Photos

GUYS!!! I have been bursting inside with excitement to share my engagement session with you. I had to be extra patient since the wonderful people over at Style Me Pretty are featuring it today HERE. For our engagement photos, I wanted a very personal setting. Blake and I both grew up in and around Philadelphia and spend many of our younger years there. It was the perfect backdrop for our day of running through old memories and making new ones. I know it sounds so corny but it’s the truth! For me the photographer was the FIRST thing that I thought of when I got engaged. If you don’t already know her, you need to spend some time getting to know Alison Conklin. I met her when I was living in Philadelphia. She shot a friends engagement photos and wedding and I fell in love. Her eye for catching beautiful light and laughter between two people is something that hit me when seeing her work. The only thing I have ever planned years ago of my wedding… have Alison take the photos. For a 100 degree morning in Philadelphia, we really had the best time running around Philly, visiting favorite old streets and doing a whole lot of laughing. Really hope you love these as much as I do and so happy I am able to share these moments with you all! It’s only making me more pumped for wedding planning and marrying my love and best friend!!!!
