As you know from my previous blog posts, I had the incredible opportunity to head to Rome and be part of a special project with Bulgari. All their pieces draw inspiration from over 2700 hundred years of Roman heritage. You can see the magnificent detailing and intricate design that goes into every piece. It was so special to be in the city that inspired so many of these Iconic pieces We started the day at the top of the Spanish Steps, which, in homage to the city of Rome, Bulgari is helping to restore.  The steps were filled with people from all over the world – truly a must see in this glorious city. We made our way down the cobble stone streets to the  Bulgari store located on historic Via dei Condotti. Once in the store, we were able to pick and wear for the day, some of our favorite styles from their various collections; B.zero 1 and Lvcea.  . Way to feel like a princess right?! I am always drawn to classic shapes and styles so I chose to wear some of the  B.zero 1 rings and stack them together for a layered look.  B.zero 1 was inspired by the most renowned amphitheater in the world, the Colosseum – you can see the connection in the spiral elements of the collection. I also chose a modern boyfriend style watch with a bigger face from their Lvcea collection.   For my bag, I wanted to add a pop of color to my black and white look and this Serpenti cross body was the perfect size to trot around Rome. We headed on foot to Piazza Navona. The last time I was in Rome I was on foot the whole time and this trip was no different. The fountains in this Piazza are stunning. The romance of these ancient streets is around every single corner here. We of course stopped for a coffee along the way. So many little cafes to pop into. We ended our day catching the sunset by the river. I could not have asked for a more magical day spent in one of the most incredible old world cities. Thank you Bulgari for allowing me to see the city through your eyes.
