It’s amazing getting used to the fact that we actually have ROOM for things in our home. Buying a house takes all kinds of getting used to (that is for sure) and  I am very fortunate that I have the space for many of the gadgets I want to try!! I recently got to test  LG Electronics’ newly launched LG Styler. I have so many thoughts about this product. As someone who dry cleans a good portion of their clothes, I am always looking for tips and tricks on how to extend the life of my favorite pieces. Honestly I am always scared to pick up my dry cleaning because I also let it sit forever and then by the time I take it…. holy moly. So rather than wear a silk top once out to dinner and then throw it in the dry clean bag, this is where the LG Styler comes in handy.  While it doesn’t replace dry cleaning, I definitely don’t have to drop off my delicates nearly as often…saving me time AND money.

First of all, I love how sleek the LG Styler looks and how seamlessly it blends with  the other furniture in our bedroom. If I am going to add any appliances to my home, they need to have a modern design with a clean feel.. So! This example here is one of my silk robes. It had been sitting in a box from moving, and while it wasn’t dirty, it also wasn’t necessarily feeling very fresh to me. So you simply place clothing in the Styler and its TrueSteam™ technology and Moving Hanger Action refreshes your items by sanitizing and reducing odors. GENIUS!! This is my favorite feature of the machine. It also reduces wrinkles, which is a huge plus. I love that I can stick my cashmere sweaters in too for a quick little refresh rather than sending them to the cleaners. Now when Blake and I are getting ready for dinner, he throws his button downs in while he’s getting ready. We have both been using it a lot. The only things you really need to do to run it are change the water tank every once in a while and add dryer sheets that help with that ‘refreshed’ smell. I have even started using it to sanitize and refresh some of Lola’s stuffed dog toys. So many possibilities.

Have to say, kind of loving this machine. A big thanks to LG Electronics for letting me test out this new toy.

This post is a collaboration with LG Electronics.
Big thank you for supporting all eat/sleep/wear collabs!

Thuy - Is it just me or did this appliance come out a while ago? Or maybe I just saw it conceptually on YouTube? But I do like the convenience of having one of these things. But I would be wary of buying it before being able to try it personally so I probably wouldn’t purchase it realistically.

Glad it works for you 🙂

eat.sleep.wear. - It has been out for a little while! Totally understand where you are coming from. They have them in a bunch of hotels so maybe one day you get to test it out. xoxo KimReplyCancel

Heather Lapier - This is such a cool device and I think I would totally use it. I am very bad at taking items to the cleaners and if I need to get the wrinkles our quick, I often hang the clothes on the shower curtain rod while I have a shower and steam up the bathroom lol.ReplyCancel

    Johnny - I love it!
I’ve never seen such a thing, and instantly I knew I wanted one.
I wasn’t expecting it to find this easily because I’ve never seen it, but I could virtually find this anywhere (Costco, Lowe’s..etc). Ordered mine online at Costco 🙂ReplyCancel
