If I was stranded on a desert island and I could only bring one beauty product with me, without even thinking I would tell you it would be concealer. With my fair complexion, I am most self conscious of my dark circles. I am always looking for concealers I love to help me to cover them up. I was excited to partner with Clé de Peau Beauté as their concealer is an item I have had in my makeup bag for years. I remember hearing people rave about it so I had to get my hands on it. What I love about it is that it’s truly covers the dark color under my eyes. A tip I got from a makeup artist was to heat it up a tiny bit with a blow dryer if I was going to use a brush. When I don’t have time for that, I warm some product up on my hand and it becomes nice and creamy. I always focus this under my eyes as well as around the darker areas of my nose and to cover the redness on my chin. With pale skin I feel like I see the red patches come through so if I am leaving my house with a fresh face, I have to always even out my skin tone. I appreciate being able to also swipe the product directly onto my face when I am going for an easy effortless look. Then gently pat in the product with my fingers to blend it in. It has a high price tag but mine has lasted for quite some time and it’s worth it if you are looking for the coverage as well as to even out your skin tone. When I originally bought this at a department store, the makeup artist helped me pick out my best shade to combat the darkness so I am using beige here. Concealer is one of life’s little miracles. I never take it for granted. Would love to hear your tips and tricks with concealer below! Big thanks to Clé de Peau Beauté for letting me share this goodness with you all.

Crack the Code Style - It sounds interesting. However I am always afraid of stick concealer because of the texture and coverage. My dark circles are more of a purple tone pretty stubborn. I will give a try to this. I presume is a French brand?
eat.sleep.wear. - YES! So it’s full coverage. If you are coving purple tones you should try a color with more peach in it to offset the cool tones. LMK how it works out for you and if you have any favorites that you love. xo, Kim
Joanne - Concealer is also SUCH a big deal for me, my under-eye areas are simply the worst. This looks great though, the blow dryer tip is actually such a good idea. Beautiful photos!
Have a great week x
