Indian Summer Bump

While some of you are bundling up in sweaters and jackets, it’s been over 80 degrees here in Southern California. Yes I realize these photos are from 2 months ago but it’s still been raging Summer time over here. I swear I only have a few more pregnant outfits to share but this one was SO good. I actually purchased this dress from shopbop as an option for my baby shower. What I love is that it’s not maternity so I could wear it after the fact. Because of the stretch in the material and the slight ruching, it was a great alternative to classic maternity pieces. This particular day, I am sure you can see it on my face, I was just so content. Happy holding onto to little Otis, and just feeling beautiful and ready to meet him. I also got to wear my first personalized gift from Ariel Gordon with Otis’ name on it. When that came in the mail before delivery… it started to hit me that our little man who already had a name was coming so soon.

Currently staring at Otis as I type this in the office, he is swaying in his swing taking a nap at 2 months old! WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE? I will never stop being grateful each day for my little miracle. It has also made me so happy to see the family love and interaction with all you mama’s, soon to be, and hopeful to be mamas out there. Excited to continue to bring you all along on our family journey as we experience it.
