Getting dressed these days come with it’s challenges  but I am making the most of my closet while I can. I want to be sure I am mixing regular and maternity wear together. Great pieces that are usually easy to cheat are jumpsuits….

Classic Spring staples always include a crisp white blouse, boyfriend denim, and slides. Such an easy way to feel chic and pulled together. I feel like my collection of white button downs grows by the year but I always find one that has a…

It’s a big week here in California. The whole state pretty much migrates to the desert for Coachella. This is the first year in many that I won’t be joining for music and sweaty good times. But, here is a little example of what…

If you have been following me on Instagram and watch my stories, you will know that the baby bump is FINALLY making an appearance. I feel like it almost happened over night around week 19. CRAZY. I am now in this awkward stage where my…

Ash - Thank you for linking these maternity pants! I am 15 weeks, and everything is starting to feel far too tight. I work in a corporate environment, and have been looking for trousers that I can wear to work that look presentable and fit the bill for comfort. I hope you’re feeling wonderful – almost halfway there 🙂ReplyCancel

Excited to finally share with you that Blake and I are having a BABY BOY!!!!!! What’s been so special about our gender reveal is that with everything we went through doing IVF, there are really no secrets to hold onto and save to share…

Rena - Having a boy is easier than raising a girl – at least in our family as we have both genders 🙂 Congratulations!

Rebecca - Yay! Congrats to you both! I also very much was hoping for a girl my first pregnancy and was a little dismayed to find out we were expecting a boy. I grew up with a sister and brothers and was so much closer to my sister. I also enjoy more “girly” things (although I know this is so silly because your baby could end up liking ANYTHING regardless of their sex, trust me, they have opinions), but once our sweet boy was born, I couldn’t have been more in love or happy. You will love your baby just because he’s yours. Our little guy (2 now) does love trucks and trains, but he’s also a thoughtful, calm, sweet little guy. We are actually expecting a girl in July and all I keep thinking is that I hope she is as sweet as her brother! So happy for you!ReplyCancel

Kristen McDaniel - Aaaah! Little boys are awesome! They love their mamas, and they’re so so sweet. And they’re so fun! Youll learn to appreciate all kinds of trucks and construction vehicles you never knew you’d ever care about! 🙂 You’ll be a great boy mom! Congratulations again!ReplyCancel

Michelinne - My heart bursts reading your pregnancy updates!! Congratulations on your baby boy!! I went through two years of fertility treatment and one miscarriage. Today, I am holding my 5 week old baby girl in my arms and I still cannot believe how blessed I am. I am over the moon for you both! I have loved how honest and raw you have been throughout your journey. I felt such guilt for any negative feelings I had during my pregnancy after how hard we fought to get there, but no matter your journey, the transition to motherhood is just that, and all feelings are valid. I look forward to more updates. Enjoy the anatomy scan. It was my absolute favourite ultrasound and I still get emotional thinking about how magical it was.ReplyCancel

Danie - Kim, I am over the moon for you and Blake! I’ve been following your story for quite some time and although I know you best as Lola’s dog-mama, I can’t wait to see you blossom into motherhood. You’ve already done so much for your sweet son and I know he is going to be one incredibly lucky little guy to have such fantastic, dedicated parents. Best wishes to your growing little family and lots of love from ours! ReplyCancel

Camila - Congratulations! I don’t know you but I’m so, so excited for you! As for the gender, my mom had three girls and she’s always going on about wishing to have a boy. According to her, they’re more laid-back and much more cheaper, lol. Still, I wish you the best on this pregnancy and the years to follow!
